Text messaging
You choose which texts you receive.
Cheri Cohen Pilates sends text messages only after a client makes a clear, text-specific choice. Service texts and optional marketing texts are controlled separately.
Studio news and offers
Occasional studio news and offers are sent only after a separate optional marketing-text choice.
Consent process
How clients opt in

Visit the consultation page and choose Create account or Sign in. Complete the verified-account step.

After verifying your account, complete the private waitlist form on the consultation page.

You may enter an optional mobile number. Providing it does not opt you in. The service and marketing SMS choices are separate, optional, and unchecked.

Submit your request. Your text-message choices are saved separately, and you can change them later in Client Hub.
Existing clients can change the same two choices under Text message preferences in Client Hub. Saving a preference does not send a message immediately.
Program terms and privacy
Message frequency varies based on appointments and account activity; appointment messaging is generally up to four messages per appointment, and future marketing frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Marketing SMS is not being sent yet. Cheri Cohen Pilates may introduce occasional studio-news and offer texts in the future only for customers who make the separate optional marketing-SMS choice. That choice starts unchecked and can be changed independently. Saving this preference does not start marketing texts.

We do not share text-messaging originator opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process that information only to deliver, secure, support, or document the Cheri Cohen Pilates messaging program.
